Rhymefest was in town for his performance at the recent Karmaloop Kazbah “Kazbay” party, hosted by Karmaloop, Arnelle & UpTheCity. Great turn out and performances by some of bay area’s runnin’ emcees. Fest was down to takes some photos for the blog and our upcoming campaign. Speaking of campaigns, Rhymefest is running for Alderman of the 20th Ward in Chicago. I had to opportunity to sit in during one of his interviews. He’s a man of great knowledge. Big ups Fest! Be on the lookout for “Unscripted Collective’s” campaign w/ Fest coming real soon.

Finally had the chance to catch Alexander Spit perform last night @ Delerium in the Mission. Must say, he knows how to hype up a crowd. My roommate introduced me to his music a few months back. Since then i’ve been a fan of his work. Although he’s a local San Franciscan, he’s currently sponsored by the streetwear brand ‘The Hundreds’ out of LA, and has been on the road performing all up and down the Bestcoast…excuse me, Westcoast, tearin’ up each venue along the way. check out his show if you have the opportunity.
